Everything was scattered: member details in spreadsheets, decisions lost in WhatsApp threads, meeting minutes in email attachments nobody could find, and votes conducted by awkward show of hands at poorly attended AGMs. It was clear that the lack of proper tooling was itself a barrier to leaseholders organising effectively.
The existing property management software on the market is designed for professional management companies — expensive, complex, and built for the very organisations that many leaseholders are trying to hold accountable. There was nothing built from the leaseholder's perspective. LeaseholdConnect fills that gap.
